Are you a mom who feels like she's lost touch with her feminine side? Do you ever feel like you're just a "mom" all the time and forget what it means to be a woman?

If so, you're not alone. Many women struggle with balancing their role as a mother with their own needs and desires. But don't worry, there's a solution.

Meet Rivka. She had a loving husband, two beautiful children, and a successful career. But she felt like she had lost touch with herself. She always put her family first and forgot what it was like to prioritize her own needs and desires. Rivka felt like she was just a "mom" all the time and had forgotten what it meant to be a woman.

Rivka decided that she needed help to get back in touch with her feminine side. She decided to give coaching a try. She found a coach who specialized in helping women reconnect with their inner selves and booked a session.

The coach's job is to listen attentively and ask thought-provoking questions. Through their conversation, Rivka realized that she had been neglecting herself for too long. She had stopped doing the things that made her feel alive, like painting and dancing.

The coach suggested that Rivka start by setting small goals for herself. She recommended that Rivka start with something simple, like taking a long bath or going for a walk alone. Rivka felt hesitant at first, but she decided to give it a try.

After a couple of days, Rivka took a long, peaceful bath. She lit candles, put on soothing music, and allowed herself to relax. She felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She realized that she had forgotten how to enjoy the simple things in life.

Over the next few weeks, Rivka continued to work with her coach and set new goals for herself. She started painting again and even enrolled in a dance class. She started to feel like a new woman, full of energy and passion. It didn't happen overnight, the whole process took some time, some patience and some determination.

Rivka realized that being a good mom didn't mean sacrificing her own happiness and well-being. She learned that it was okay to prioritize herself and her needs. She felt like she had finally found balance in her life.

If you can relate to Rivka's story, it's time to take action. You deserve to feel like a whole woman, not just a mom. Here are some tips to help you reconnect with your feminine side:

1. Set small goals for yourself. Start with something simple, like taking a long bath or going for a walk alone.

2. Make time for yourself every day. Even if it's just 10 minutes, make sure you do something that makes you feel happy and relaxed.

3. Practice self-care. This can be anything from getting a massage or doing your nails, to taking a yoga class.

4. Find a hobby that you enjoy. Whether it's painting, dancing, or reading, make time for the things that make you feel alive.

This post isn't meant to encourage you to neglect your children. Remember, being a parent is challenging and amazing at the same time. Being a (good) mom is considered a super power. It's okay to think and wish to be more than "just a mom". You are a woman with passions, desires, and dreams. Don't be afraid to prioritize yourself and your needs when possible. Seek help if you need it and take the first step towards reconnecting with your inner self.
